Since its release last year, Starfield has received mixed reactions. While some players frequently complain about the lack of seamless loading and the somewhat empty open world, many fans have still found joy in the game’s unique interstellar exploration experience. According to TheGamer, a Starfield player recently reached the astonishing milestone of level 1000, with over 1100 hours of gameplay.
Reaching level 1000 is no small feat. Most players find that at around level 326, they have already gathered enough skill points to max out all skills, making further leveling exceptionally challenging and yielding diminishing returns. The player shared, “At first, I aimed for level 500, then 600, but eventually decided to go for 1000. After a certain point, the only way to level up was by crafting vytinium fuel rods; regular experience-gathering methods simply couldn’t keep up.” To achieve this goal, they crafted around 15 million fuel rods, spent 121 in-game years, surveyed 616 planets, defeated over 5000 enemies, and built over 280 outposts.
This player’s achievement has stunned many others, and media outlet TheGamer humorously remarked, “Reaching level 1000 serves almost no practical purpose; it’s practically a hellish grind.” Nonetheless, this incredible feat reflects the relentless pursuit of growth and exploration that Starfield players bring to the game.
